Licensed Application End User License Agreement
This End User License Agreement ("EULA", "Agreement") is a legal agreement between you (the "User", "You") and Quran Firdaws ("Licensor", "We", "Us") for the Quran Firdaws mobile application ("App", "Licensed Application", "Software").
By downloading, installing, or using the App from the Apple App Store or Google Play Store, you acknowledge that you have read this Agreement, understand it, and agree to be bound by its terms and conditions.
Important Notice
If you do not agree to the terms of this EULA, do not install or use the App. Installing or using the App signifies your acceptance of this Agreement.
This license granted to you for the Licensed Application is limited to a non-transferable license to use the Licensed Application on any Apple-branded or Android devices that you own or control and as permitted by the Usage Rules set forth in the applicable App Store Terms of Service.
Any attempt to violate the terms of this license may result in immediate termination of your right to use the Licensed Application and may subject you to legal action.
You must comply with applicable third-party terms of agreement when using the Licensed Application, including the App Store Terms of Service from Apple Inc. and Google Play Terms of Service.

In the event of any failure of the Licensed Application to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple or Google, and they may refund the purchase price (if any) to you. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Apple and Google will have no other warranty obligation with respect to the Licensed Application.
By accessing or using Quran Firdaws, you agree to comply with and be legally bound by these Terms of Service, whether or not you become a registered user of the services. These Terms apply to all users of the App.
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, Quran Firdaws grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download, install, and use the App for your personal, non-commercial use.
You agree to use Quran Firdaws in a respectful manner that honors the sacred nature of the Quran. The following conduct is prohibited:
Quran Firdaws offers both free and premium subscription options. Premium features require a paid subscription managed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.
Basic memorization tools, limited verse access, and core learning features are available free of charge.
Important: All payment transactions are processed by Apple or Google. We do not store your payment information. Please review their respective terms and policies.
The App and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Quran Firdaws and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
The Quran is the word of Allah and belongs to all Muslims. We provide it as a service for learning and memorization.
The app design, code, features, and proprietary technology remain the intellectual property of Quran Firdaws.
You retain ownership of any personal notes, bookmarks, or progress data you create within the App. This data is stored locally on your device and remains private.
The App is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. Quran Firdaws makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding:
Educational Tool
Quran Firdaws is a learning tool and should not replace guidance from qualified scholars or teachers. For religious rulings or interpretations, please consult with knowledgeable Islamic authorities.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Quran Firdaws shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:
Maximum Liability: In any case, our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for premium features (if any) in the 12 months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Quran Firdaws, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising from:
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties, or for any other reason.
Note: Upon termination, all licenses and rights granted to you will immediately cease, and you must stop using the App.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the App shall be resolved through good faith negotiation first.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. When we do, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page and notify users through the App.
Material changes will be communicated via in-app notification or email if applicable
Recommendation
Review these Terms periodically to stay informed of any updates. If you don't agree with the modified Terms, please discontinue use of the App.
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Quran Firdaws regarding your use of the App.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
You may not assign or transfer these Terms or your rights under these Terms without our prior written consent.
Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be deemed a waiver of such right or provision.

This EULA complies with Apple App Store and Google Play Store guidelines. You acknowledge that you have read and understood this Agreement and agree to be bound by its terms.
1. Product Claims: Quran Firdaws, not Apple or Google, is responsible for addressing any claims relating to the Licensed Application or your possession and use of it, including but not limited to: (i) product liability claims; (ii) any claim that the Licensed Application fails to conform to legal or regulatory requirements; and (iii) claims arising under consumer protection or similar legislation.
2. Intellectual Property Rights: In the event of any third-party claim that the Licensed Application or your possession and use of it infringes that third party's intellectual property rights, Quran Firdaws, not Apple or Google, will be solely responsible for the investigation, defense, settlement, and discharge of any such intellectual property infringement claim.
3. Legal Compliance: You represent and warrant that: (i) you are not located in a country that is subject to a U.S. Government embargo, or that has been designated by the U.S. Government as a "terrorist supporting" country; and (ii) you are not listed on any U.S. Government list of prohibited or restricted parties.

The Licensed Application and related documentation are "Commercial Items", as that term is defined at 48 C.F.R. §2.101. You may not use, export, re-export, import, sell or transfer the Licensed Application except as authorized by United States law, the laws of the jurisdiction in which you obtained the Licensed Application, and any other applicable laws. In particular, but without limitation, the Licensed Application may not be exported or re-exported into any country embargoed by the United States or to anyone on the U.S. Treasury Department's list of Specially Designated Nationals or the U.S. Department of Commerce's Denied Person's List or Entity List.
